Description :

As a Financial Analyst , your missions are as stated below :

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the preparation of key company accounting reports (quarterly reports, annual reports, etc.). You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing the consolidated monthly financial statements of company and providing and analyzing monthly financial results to senior management.
• Journalize all financial entries in ERP for month-end closing activities
• Provide finance approval of Purchase orders in ERP
• Custodian of Profit and loss statements by preparing and providing detailed accounting analysis of monthly/quarterly results to the Executive Management team.
• Provide support to all users of accounting analytics and reports (primary users include Executive Management, Treasury, etc.)
• Be accountable for all ad-hoc analysis, memos, and reports.
• Ensure continuous improvement of all content/formatting of all reporting and presentations Coordinate with all business units at the local and corporate levels.
• Function as a subject matter expert regarding all Finance functions - Understand cost impact of decisions and judge when and how to act.
• Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds University degree in Finance and/or Accounting required.
• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation is a must.
• Experience with ERP Systems is a must, knowledge in Sage would be a plus

Profile Requirements :

• 7+ years of experience as a Manager of Finance.
• Experience with Month-End Close process, accruals and re-accruals.
• Team player, dynamic, and self-managed.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze results and underlying business trends.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to operate independently, with the decision-making skills necessary to function in potentially high-stress situations
• Detail- and process-oriented - Proactive and action-oriented, with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
