Our client is a dynamic network of fully serviced coworking spaces.

Description :

Areas of Responsibilities: 

Sales:

Generating sales pipeline.

Owning the full sales cycle with new and renewing members. This involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contracts/signing up members.

Initiate and execute on marketing initiatives across platforms.

Front Desk Management:

Greet potential clients, visitors, and service providers.

Events and Membership/Community Engagement:

Building and maintaining relationships with members / potential new members.

Creating networking initiatives, social events, and local partnerships.

Building Operations and Management:

Ensuring the space is clean, tidy, that everything functions properly, and that inventory is stocked.

Administrative work:

Management of contracts, and of space and member invoices using management software

Coworking Management Software:

Use of a coworking management software to maximize efficiency,  

Experience and Requirements: 

Knowledge of the coworking industry.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.

Strong people skills.

Financial acumen.

Technical proficiency: openness to use of technology.

Take initiative.
