Information Security
To protect strictly confidential data, all database access (hardware, network, software) is tightly controlled. The server is located in a secure data center with limited access. Remote access is firewall-protected and restricted to one IP address. Application access is password-protected with encryption.

Personal Data
Xpertize Morocco acts as an intermediary on the internet, allowing users to view job offers, submit CVs, apply online, and stay informed about the job market in Morocco, Africa, and the Middle East.

Data collected via forms is necessary for commercial and administrative management and may be shared with partners unless the user objects. In compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 and international data protection laws, users have the right to access, correct, or delete their data via the “My Profile” page or by contacting Xpertize.

Data may be transferred to GLOBULE BLEU in Belgium (CNDP authorization T-W-128/2017 of 12/10/2017). All personal data is strictly confidential and protected.

Users may object to data processing on legitimate grounds (CNDP authorization D-W-371/2017 of 12/10/2017). They must not collect or misuse personal data nor violate privacy or reputation.

Information Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases:

If you authorize us to, e.g., by making your CV accessible.

In case of acquisition of Xpertize Morocco’s operations, in whole or in part.

Personal Account
To access your dashboard and use services, you’ll need a login (email) and password or use your Facebook, LinkedIn, or Viadeo account. These methods also allow sharing offers with your network.

You can update or delete your profile/CV anytime through your account. If you forget your password, use the “Forgot password” link to receive a reset email.

Cookies
This site uses cookies—files placed on your device from the Xpertize.ma server. Cookies help recognize your computer on future visits, e.g., to save language preferences.

Taxation, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction
Any monetary reward received via Connector activity is considered intermediary commission and, unless proven otherwise, is treated as professional income. Beneficiaries must declare it on their tax return. Xpertize Morocco is not responsible for tax non-compliance.

Only individuals who complete their trial period and sign a permanent contract are considered engaged. Rewards are only paid into Moroccan bank accounts.

If any condition is deemed invalid, the others remain fully in effect.

This disclaimer is governed by Moroccan law. Casablanca courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
