Naïm Bentaleb is the co-founder and CEO of the Xpertize group, which includes Xpertize.Africa, The RPO Company, and Nearlance.
Born in Brussels to Moroccan and Belgian parents, Naïm embodies a multicultural perspective on the business world. After earning a degree in Marketing and Management from EPHEC in 2007, he began his career as a Senior Headhunter in the Benelux region before returning to Morocco in 2009. In 2012, he founded Xpertize Morocco, which became Xpertize Africa in 2018. In 2019, he launched The RPO Company, a global recruitment outsourcing firm.
Driven by the mission to connect African talent with international opportunities, Naïm launched a remote work platform in 2020 to enable African professionals to collaborate with European companies, an initiative that proved especially relevant with the rise of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to leading multiple businesses, Naïm is committed to fostering commercial relationships between Africa and Europe. He sits on the board of the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Morocco, strengthening strategic partnerships between these regions.
