Mouhamadou Lamine Niang is a recognized expert in headhunting, with nearly 12 years of experience in the field. He has supported numerous companies in their development in Morocco and Africa, particularly in West Africa, through Xpertize Africa's Senegalese subsidiary, of which he is the manager.
Son of a diplomat, Mouhamadou spent his childhood in Paris before returning to Senegal, where he completed part of his studies. He then decided to move to Morocco to obtain his master's degree in financial engineering, where he has lived for over 16 years. With a background in finance, he joined Xpertize Africa in 2013 and, through his commitment and strategic vision, climbed the ranks to become a key member of the firm.
A convinced Pan-Africanist, he is dedicated to the development of the continent by recruiting executive leaders for companies operating in Africa while contributing to the growth of the firm. His main challenge is to enhance the skills of his teams and position Xpertize Africa as the leader in recruitment in Africa.
