Mehdi Bentaleb, a Belgian-Moroccan who arrived in Morocco in 2010, is a recruitment expert with over 15 years' experience. Trained at EPHEC, he went on to earn an MBA from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. After starting his career and receiving his training at the world's largest headhunting firm, he co-founded Xpertize.Africa, establishing himself as one of the most recognised headhunters on the Moroccan market and in North-West Africa.
His extensive experience in managing recruitment teams includes the set-up, operational monitoring, training and management of major client projects. He also oversaw the launch and operational development of a Group subsidiary specialising in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).
His expertise in coordinating projects and optimising recruitment processes has enabled him to successfully complete numerous recruitment consultancy projects and to build up solid experience in audit and strategic consultancy. His in-depth knowledge of the deployment of RPO projects, combined with his audit, consultancy and training approach, positions him as a seasoned recruitment expert.
