This profile also serves as a reference for evaluating candidates at each stage of the selection process.

Once the final candidate is selected, we assist our clients in negotiating the job offer, ensuring that the compensation package is attractive and competitive. We collaborate with you to define a salary, bonuses, benefits, and other contract terms that motivate the candidate while aligning with your compensation policy. This step is crucial to ensure that the candidate accepts the offer and is fully committed to their new role.
