How to contribute to our vision :

• Support subcontractor to deliver a high-quality status of preservation, maintenance and operation of turbine according to SGRE standards. Audit the maintenance works in the wind turbines by the SGRE maintenance technicians and subcontractors, as well as certificate the status of preservation of wind turbines (visual appraisal) by inspections.
• Support, counsel, and train SGRE Quality technicians for inspections and audits in Service phase.
• Report and manage Non-Conformances and initiate improvements, internally and externally stemmed from the audits/inspections and take ownership of the follow up.
• Register and document inspection results in the required system.
• Give Extra Support to NCR (Non Conformities Record), NCC (Non Conformity Cost) management and 8Ds (problem solving) regional processes by providing required evidences in touch with Experts and Quality coordinators.
• Support corrective actions on site and check the effectiveness.
• 3rd parties Claim starting support and control if needed in the domain of operation and service.
• Represent the Service Quality function in ad hoc meeting with clients or 3º parties
• Support with health and safety tasks related commands in case of need.

 

The technician will have under their scope of surveillance the wind turbine fleet along different countries in the SEA region (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, East, West and South Africa Region - Mauritania, Egypt). Travelling will be a recurrent activity of 75% or even higher, as per business needs.

Keys to joining us:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills. English is mandatory and knowledge of Spanish (comprehension and expression) is an asset.
• As an auditor/inspector: High attention to detail, adherence to standards and team management. Ability to adapt to different cultures and professional roles.
• Proactive spirit.
• Ability to prioritize requests to meet deadlines.
• Technical background, university diploma, 2-5 years experience.
• Familiarity with machine parts and components and quality systems.
