As an IT Engineer specialized in System, Network, and Security Support, your main responsibilities are:
- Resolve technical problems remotely or on-site related to clients' IT malfunctions at levels 2 to 3.
- Respond to technical assistance requests (levels 2 and 3) from suppliers and other technical teams.
- Monitor and carry out interventions from the Support Center ticket pool.
- Master the ticketing software.
- Redirect the client and ensure follow-up when the problem exceeds the department's scope.
- Identify and defuse situations requiring urgent attention.
- Advise users on best practices to avoid reproducing problems.
- Implementation, deployment, and/or participation in the setup and support of various client projects.
- Proactively stay updated on tools used in the work environment, following required training.
- Propose permanent solutions to encountered incidents.
- Resolve various and complex problems requiring specific and in-depth research and analysis.
- Follow troubleshooting procedures in place and all standards related to the department and, if necessary, propose improvements to procedures and/or standards.
- Update client data and produce activity reports and/or incident reports.
- Ensure the correct recording of all interventions, from the beginning to the closure of the ticket.
- Any other tasks that may be added and are an integral part of the position.
Prequalification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in infrastructure management - Systems and network administration.
- Confirmed experience of 3 to 5 years in IT infrastructure management.
Technical Skills:
- Systems administration.
- Management/configuration/debugging of Windows servers.
- AD/DNS/File servers and network share management.
- Powershell/GPO/Exchange/Remote Desktop and Others.
- Basic knowledge and management of Linux servers.
- Management/configuration/debugging of backups.
- Networks (configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
- Familiarity/configuration of RJ45 and/or fiber optic cabling.
- Switch (standard configuration and configuration/use of Vlans).
- WiFi/Firewall/Installation/Configuration/Management/Troubleshooting of work environments.
- Windows/Apple computers/PDA/mobile/tablet/Printers.
- Basic security knowledge.
- Certificate/AntiSpam/MFA.
