Job Responsibilities:

• Create effective CRM services, interfaces, backend systems, web services, and customized solutions (both specific and generic).
• Maintain and enhance third-party applications.
• Uphold coding standards and produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Develop and execute test cases while adhering to best continuous integration practices.
• Assist in assessing and enhancing the skills of junior developers.
• Provide regular updates to management.
• Key Technologies:
• Proficiency in Java 8 and higher, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Thymeleaf, and JQuery are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, specializing in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and APIs (particularly SpringBoot).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
• Possess a Master's degree in IT.
• A strong grasp of design patterns.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills to effectively diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Self-reliant, well-organized, methodical, and proactive in approach.
