Description :

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responsible for seamless processing of number of AP processes including:
  • Supplier invoices
  • Leader account and payment
  • Bank and cash management
  • Ensure all external suppliers (including offshore and intercompany) are paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make sure that Invoices, Receipts and all documents are compliant with the local regulations of the entity serviced
  • Ensure all related balance sheet reconciliations completed and reviewed monthly in the relevant timelines and any issues raised with the relevant parties
  • Review vendor reconciliations and ensure any issues are raised
  • To identify and support the implementation of best practice activities and amendments to existing workflows
  • Use automation and systems to replace existing manual processes
  • Take initiative in improving the different Account Payables processes across the region
  • Assist the General Accounting team in the COS Accrual Process
  • Effectively manage all external supplier communications relating to payments/invoices
  • Ensure all responses to both internal and external customers is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all completed and signed off month end procedures are communicated to relevant brands in timely manner
  • Provide clear task and behavioural expectations for all team members and ensure they are clear on deliverables
  • Empower team members to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks
  • Monitor productivity and efficiency of the different teams

REQUIRMENT

 

  • Graduate in Accounting or similar professional qualification
  • +5 years of experience in a Finance role
  • +2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly competent in Process and Systems knowledge
  • Well-developed computer skills in MS Office environment
  • Outstanding level in Spoken & Written English
  • A commitment to internal & external customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management skills and proven ability to deliver on objectives within a given timeframe
  • Outstanding eye for detail and passion for data integrity
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task across a range of projects and areas of the business
