Qualification Engineer

We are currently looking for a motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented Qualification Engineer who will primarily work on the qualification of pharmaceutical equipment for one of our partners operating in the pharmaceutical industry in Belgium, for a permanent position.

• You are responsible for conducting qualifications on pharmaceutical equipment. You play a specialist role in this area and actively participate in multidisciplinary projects.
• You create qualification protocols, execute them, and write reports on your findings.
• You apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines and procedures and translate them into qualification activities.
• You focus heavily on writing User Requirements Specifications (URS), managing risks, and developing DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) protocols, as well as QSR requirements.
• You contribute to the writing of commissioning test scripts (including FAT/SAT).
• You execute protocols and write summary reports on them, including fieldwork (P&ID checks, functional tests, etc.).
• You actively participate in improvement initiatives.
• You manage Change Controls (CC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in the TrackWise system: initiation, follow-up, and closure.

• You hold a Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline or an equivalent field.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in equipment qualification activities within the pharmaceutical sector.
• You have knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices).
• You are proficient in both French and English.
• Proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
