Description :

Main Responsibilities
  • Challenge business demands and ensure their alignment with the bank's strategic directions.
  • Lead the execution and deployment of cross-functional transformation programs within the CBS scope, adhering to allocated budgets (man-days and cost) and predefined requirements (project methodology, governance, quality, deadline, etc.).
  • Develop a partnership approach with business lines to prioritize and make necessary decisions, providing expected support and advice.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers within the Delivery Unit's scope (contractors, escalations management, quality/delivery).
  • Collaborate closely with program directors and Delivery Units within the entity to ensure performance and timely and quality delivery in line with commitments.
  • Contribute to the overall program performance by being proactive and offering suggestions.
  • Manage Delivery Unit activities (KPIs, KRIs, corrective actions).
  • Promote a culture of Lean Management (coaching sessions, huddles, etc.).
  • Encourage continuous improvement and agility, particularly through a framework that fosters quality working relationships and communication.
  • Supervise activity compliance and adherence to internal rules (audit recommendations, CNP conditions, etc.).
  • Foster an innovative environment (IT solutions, processes, etc.) that serves business needs or internal COO operations.
  • Develop a transversal strategic vision through monitoring changes in the banking industry both internally and externally.
  • Manage, motivate, and support the team to facilitate skill and profile development and strengthen alignment with the bank's values.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Bac+5).
  • 14 years of experience.
  • Consulting and/or banking sector background with managerial experience.
  • First experience in IT and organizational project management.
  • Business analysis oriented.
  • Technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with Lean Management.
  • A person with a strategic vision.
  • Someone capable to manage performances.
  • Good communication skills in French and English..
  • Strong team management Skills.
  • Comfortable with change management.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Project and program progress rate.
  • Adherence to budgets, deadlines, and expected quality.
  • Deployment and implementation of Lean methodology.
