Description :

As an accounting specialist , your responsibilites are as below :

• Custodian of annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly financial scorecards
Scorecard
• Obtain financial reports, both P&L and Balance Sheet from ERP systems
• Document the financial data in MS Excel in the proper format requirements for consolidation purposes
• Maintain the following continuity information month over month for input into BPC
a) Fixed Assets additions/disposals/re
b) Accumulated Depreciation
c) IFRS liabilities, interest accruals, interest charges, FX revaluations
d) Short and Long term debt/credit facilities
• Understand and document the Cash Flow continuity reporting
• Consolidation of monthly reporting package for executive teams
• Forecast
• Put together a forecast model for the purpose of documentation on yearly budget, quarterly forecast, monthly estimates
• Gather metrics drivers to understand financial performance in relation to business drivers

Qualifications:

• Understanding of contact center environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• CPA, or equivalent accounting designation
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Accounting/Finance
• Strong analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written
• Can easily adapt to changing requirements and demands of the business
• Task-oriented and must be able to work beyond regular office hours if required
• Experience in use of ERP Systems, knowledge in Sage would be a plus
• Proficient in Excel (minimum intermediate level), especially lookups and pivot tables
• Proficient in MS Office
